   Proposal Description:
   The diagnosis of MCI and AD is somewhat subjective and the gold standard of an AD diagnosis is having an autopsy confirmation of the diagnosis. We plan to use joint models of survival with the longitudinal UDS cognitive test scores, as    well as medical and genetic risk factors (i.e. ApoE, sleep Apnea, family history, etc.), to make dynamic predictions of AD pathology.
